Academic Support

The Academic Support Department is dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment that fosters academic success. It aims to equip each child with the academic tools and self-belief to overcome their barriers to learning.

As each child is unique, the programme is centred around the specific academic needs of the individual child. The academic team works together with teachers, families and community professionals to foster the healthy development of all our students.

Academic support is available to students from RRR through to Grade Seven in a variety of ways. Remediation is provided individually or in small groups by learning specialist teachers to meet their individual needs in accessing the curriculum. Additionally we also offer on-site auxiliary services, such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and tutoring through independent contractors.
